I completed the digital assesment on June 6. It's been over a month and I haven't heard back from the HR. What is the average wait time to get the results? I applied for the consultant position at the Helsinki office. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

To be honest, responses do generally come sooner (in weeks). It's not looking promising, but, if you haven't heard no then it is not a no yet.
You can try to reach out to get an answer, though don't expect much. I highly recommend you continue to network with and apply to other firms
A month is a long time. You should reach out to HR and ask for an update at this point.

It usually takes a few weeks to hear back. If you haven’t heard back in 1 month, it is totally fine to follow up with HR.
In any case, I don’t think there is a clear correlation between time and outcome for the Imbellus. I helped a candidate once who got a response after 2 months and he passed.
