McKinsey Go/No-Go Interview

Dear all,

Does anybody perhaps have insights to how the "go/no-go" interview at McKinsey for experienced hires typically works?

From your experience, do these interviews tend to be more complex than the regular interview? This question stems from the fact that the case study here is scheduled for 60 minutes which is fairly longer than the typical case study in an interview.

Thanks!

Hello,

I haven't heard of these "go/no-go" interviews. Could you explain what you mean in more detail please?

Thanks!
