I have a call with one this week and want to ensure I understand his role vs a regular partner's. Are there separate job titles for MGI's lower level people, or do consultants get pulled onto projects they do?

The MGI has two kind of consultants:
- Those who are permanently staffed there -or at least for long periods like a year-. For instnce, BAs doing their "3rd year"
- Those "normal" consultatns who do only one engagement with them, due to affinity or experience with the topic in most cases
