There is no need to write two questions about VPN.
The reason is simple: most VPNs are the medium for malware.
Beyond that, VPNs can cause connectivity issues.

VPNs can be finicky and result in connectivity issues. Essentially, they're trying to reduce issues that occur. Basically, just turn off your VPN!
