McKinsey final round london BA

First of all, congratulations on passing the first interview round at McKinsey!

This is indeed an interesting question which is probably relevant for quite a lot of users, so I am happy to provide my perspective on it:

• From the experience of coachees of mine, McKinsey seems to lag behind with their recruiting process in the UK, especially regarding feedback.
• Even though I totally feel you that you want to hear back from them as soon as possible, I would advise you to try to distract you from it.

Indirectly related, I have a couple of candidates for the London office (all experienced hires) at the moment, and its complete chaos regarding 

• their interview scheduling
• the feedback cycle
• the interviewer performance

Not sure what is happening at the moment but it seems like the recruiting of this particular office is overwhelmed greatly.
