Mckinsey Digital Assessment (PSG) Middle East

Question

Dears,

I am wondering if candidates who have been invited to take Mckinsey's PSG around June 4th have received feedback or results. I'm referring to Middle East offices.

Hey there,

There seems to be a backlog with Imbellus results in the Middle East, especially Dubai. I have one friend and one coachee who are waiting to hear back for a couple of weeks now…

It seems that the hiring has slowed down globally and the Middle East is affected as well.

Hi there,

Not sure about the Jun 4 batch, but the last two candidates I helped for McKinsey in the Middle East both told me they have not heard from them after several weeks after the game. So I guess they may have some delays in the recruiting pipeline.

In any case, I don’t think there is a clear correlation between time and outcome for the Imbellus. I helped a candidate once who got a response after 2 months and he passed.

Hi there,

Results are usually back within a week or so. If you haven't received yours then reach out to the recruiter / HR for an update. The fact that they are late doesn't mean that you failed. They will let you know about the answer regardless of whether it's a pass or not.

Despite there seems to be a bottleneck in ME (so at least this is good news), I think it´s enough time to kindly follow up with HR to inquire.

To be honest you probably should have received an answer by now. Not to say you're out of the game, but I would recommend reaching out now.

As always, never put your eggs in one basket - keep networking and applying to other companies (and continue your case prep)!
