What is Mckinsey capabilities hub? is it just a name for the office or they have something spacial to offer the client from these hubs?

"First, you will help clients and consulting teams solve challenging problems by leveraging your expertise. Second, you will help McKinsey build intellectual capital by codifying, refreshing, and creating knowledge and capabilities in the form of internal documents, as well as assets or tools, data sets, and solutions.

In the beginning, you are likely to spend most of your time working with consulting teams on a variety of analyses. If you are joining McKinsey with substantial work experience, your expertise in a given industry, functional area, or geography will allow you to become a thought partner to consultants and clients almost immediately as you will help develop important new areas of intellectual capital and formally manage and mentor others in the Client Capabilities Network."
