Hi there,
The interview process is the same as for most other McK client-facing roles:
- Resume screening (cover letter optional), better chances with a referral
- Solve Game
- 2 Interview rounds with 4-5 interviews (case and PEI in each interview)

The question you are asking is at a too basic level and very easy to find - you have to do a bit of research yourself.
