do you mean new positions opening in the next spring? MBB do not have fixed time slots for recruiting, but you can apply and get the offer in every month of the year

MBB is hiring throughout the year for all Analyst / Associate (consultant) level generalist roles, so you can apply when you are ready
Exceptions are:
- Internships with a strict timeline
- Post-MBA recruting
- Non-generalist roles
- Manager / Partner - these roles are never posted though
