MBB SEA Reapplication

Hi, for Reapplication in MBB after a 1 year ban, do we still have to go through the 1st round screening tests again?

Hi there,

As pointed out, it depends… Reconnect with your HR contact if you have one to discuss your re-application. You may be able to skip this step if they had you pegged as a potential future hire.

That being said, the default is indeed retaking all the steps.

Hope this helps a bit. Best of luck!

Hello!

Usually yes. However, some people are “flagged” for their good performance the 1st time, and get to skip it. If it´s the case, you would know for their comms.

Cheers,

Clara

In general a re-application does not allow you to skip any steps. However, these rules can change at any time so it is best to ask the HR in the office you are applying to.

Generally speaking - you will probably have to go through all the hoops again. However, as all the others have pointed out, do connect with the HR people and have a chat with them to see if you can skip the initial tests.

Typically yes unless you were told previously that they would fast track you if you reapplied.
