• First of all, contrary to what other coaches have said, recruiters will not provide you with an in-depth reply on whether you will be invited to an interview.
• Moreover, unfortunately, no one, not even the recruiters, can tell you whether you will be invited to an interview until you apply.
• Lastly, I would strongly advise you to keep in mind whether you actually have any form of affiliation with the office, because without it, your chances will be significantly lower.

Hi,

Without additional information I would advise you to contact HR from ME office and verify. Another possibility is to interview in the same country of your school and ask to be transferred - that may require more time and work, but also a possibility.

Yes, you still have a chance. MBB Middle East recruit from a broader set of schools than, say, London or Paris, and they put a lot of weight on GPA, internships, and international exposure. If your university is already recognized by MBB in Europe, that credibility carries over. With a 3.7 GPA you’re well above the bar, so the key is to strengthen your CV with solid internships, leadership activities, and ideally a referral or networking touchpoint in the region. That can make a big difference in getting the interview invite.
