My boyfriend and I joined McK and Bain in Asia recently and are planning to get married soon.
Any restrictions or disclosures that need to be made?

Not a problem!
We have this question re-appearing a lot recently and it's good to see that people take confidentiality seriously.
The reason though that this is nothing to flag is that even within a given firm, confidentiality applies.
For example: Imagine you and your husband both work at McKinsey and serve competing CPG companies. You would be facing the same dilemma i.e. can't talk about work because of confidentiality.
Hope this helps! Massive congratulations by the way :)
Congratulations!
No disclosures necessary, just be sure to follow any confidentiality clauses laid out in your contract.
Best,
Udayan
There's no problem. You can have relationships with people from the competition :) You just can't share information with them, but then again that's not new.
Just make sure you communicate your schedules well in advance in case you want some time off (you probably do).
Hi there,
There was a related question recently here:

No problem with being married and being both in MBB, just be sure to follow what is present in terms of confidentiality on your contract.
Best,
Francesco
Congratulations on your marriage!
There is no issue, not at all, it is actually quite common. You just must keep confidentiality and use common sense what to discuss.

Please adhere to highest levels of professional , ethical and confidentiality conducts! Otherwise, nothing else you guys need to do :).
All the best & congrats.
Congratulations!
No issues at all! Of course, you need to keep to your contract and maintain confidentiality across all of your personal and professional relationships.
