May I know how common it is for Bain to give a market sizing question as the entire case please? By entire case, I mean we spend the entire 30-40 minutes working on the same market sizing question, going deep into the drivers and assumptions?

Market sizings are included in an overall exercise -most times-.

It's not super common, but it does happen. So you should know how to solve them. However, when it does, Market Size cases are probably more like 25-30 mintes, rather than 30-40 minutes.

It depends on the office. Generally it is uncommon, but it is quite common in Italy in final rounds for example.
