Hi everyone, I have a question that might seem dull but that really caught off guard in my first interview: I was given the data to find the revenues over a year of a company and its market share. I assumed dividing the revenues by the ratio of the market share would be right, but it wasn't. Did I miss something in your opinion? Thank you

You mean the revenue and market share was given to you and you had to calculate the total market size?
Then your approach seems correct to me!
Revenue/total market size = market share -->
Total market size = revenue / market share
I don't know why it wasn't correct, sorry! :(
