I have noticed that most coaches on this platform are highly experienced in management consulting and business cases. However, I’m preparing for a BCG Platinion first-round interview for a cybersecurity role, so I’m specifically looking for a coach with strong experience in Platinion cases related to cybersecurity and IT.
I would highly appreciate any recommendations for coaches with strong expertise in this area or any advice on how I should approach my preparation.

As you rightly point out, dedicated tech coaches are rarer on PrepLounge and similar platforms, so you are trading off a longer search for a specialist against what a strong generalist coach can give you now.
The way I would think about it: the deep technical content is something you likely know better than most coaches already, but where a generalist coach adds real value is everything around it: the structuring, the fit and Q&A, communicating your thinking clearly, and running a couple of IT or tech-flavoured cases to get you comfortable with the format.
So if you are looking for a coach for the technical depth, you need a specialist profile. If it is structure, delivery and fit, a good senior generalist with a BCG background and a couple of techy past cases or projects can help you just as well.
