This is kind of a “stupid” question - I received an offer from a consulting firm about 3 weeks ago and I signed it. However, I just figured out that I made a mistake when signing the offer - in a section where I have to choose one of the two options, I clicked on both of them. Now, I wonder if this will create a problem for my offer status. Thanks!!

I really can't see the scenario in which this will create problems for you. If in doubt, just reach out to HR and tell them you believe you might have made a mistake and you would like to adjust it. I'm sure this is not the first time this happens.

This is not a problem, you just need to inform HR, they should be able to recommend how to fix it.

This isn't a problem at all! All you need to do is reach out to the recruiter/HR and let them know your choice!
No - of all the things to worry about this should be at the very bottom. Just talk to HR
Just reach out to them to correct the mistake. Don't worry, you'll still get the option you prefer.
Just send a quick email to HR explaining your error. This is an admin issue with absolutely nothing to worry about.
