very happy to help you with this. If you are looking for peers, feel free to go to Case Training> case partners and simply write people or even easier, go to the Meeting Board> check which meetings are on offer, and simply select one, this way you have a case partner straight away. Best regards,

EMs typically get tougher scrutiny compared to Associates/BAs and performance needs to be on point.
