This indicates to me that your messages are incorrect. Are you being concise/too-the-point or overly verbose? Are you “imposing” yourself by asking for a call off the bat, or hinting at hoping for one? Do you have a “catch” or “hook” sentence that connects you to them?

• L.E.K. has a slight functional focus on corporate strategy, M&A and operations even thoug they still provide all types of services. Industry-wise, the company seems to cover all industries yet with different regional focus (e.g. Western Europe seems to heavily focus on the private equity, healthcare and financial service industries). Depending on what region you would be interested in, I'd be happy to give more insights on the key industries served.
• Related to L.E.K.'s corporate culture, from the experience of my personal network, L.E.K. is known to have a very down-to-earth, approachable culture and they seem to heavily stress personal fit during the recruiting process, a fact that may come from its origin of Bain & Company.
