Loungers, do you believe post-MBA (i.e. pre-manager) salaries at KPMG Global Strategy Group is comparable to MBB+ salaries (particularly in Dubai)? KPMG GSG seems to want to compete directly with MBB+, so I assume their employee compensation reflects that?... If anyone knows middle east compensation figures, please drop them below. Thanks!

They try to compete, but they have a different business model. I would find it very difficult for them to be able to pay the same salaries.
BIG4 will never match MBB salaries and this is true around the world. Their business model, size, scale, daily rates, compensation structure and many other factors are different from MBB.
