Key considerations in TMT (tech, media, telecom) cases

Hi all,

Does someone have a "laundry list" of considerations for TMT (tech, media, telecom) cases? This could be very helpful to have a better idea of the kind of clarifying questions I should aks and the kind of complexities that could throw the entire case off. For example:

- Compatibility -> I had a case about a cell phone manufacturer showing ads. I didn't think about compatibility, so I missed that the ads could only be shown on their phones. This threw the whole case off

- Hardware/software integration

- etc?
