In my understanding, the answer is A. Eur 5.3
Here's how I solved it:
Let's only focus on Uranium and Asia. ABC's market share is 427M.
There are 1542K employees for Uranium in Asia.
Dividing 427M/1542K = 276.91. This number is the annual value created.
Dividing it by 52, gives us the weekly value created i.e. 276.91/52 = 5.3
