Is there reference check in Europe and Middle East office? What do they ask?
I dont have a good relationship with the current team and get fired thus worried about reference check.

Sometimes yes but not all that often. Normally, you'll only have to worry about a background check (i.e. did you actually work there in that role during those dates and did not not get fired for anything back).
If they do ending up conducting a reference check (again, rare), then, well, there's nothing you can do about it so try not to worry...it's out of your control!
