I wanted to see if anyone has any insight into what fall recruiting is looking like for consulting firms in the Middle East.
BCG in particular seems to have been quite quiet, with very few roles posted and most of what I’ve seen being specialist rather than generalist consulting positions. I’m mainly trying to understand whether they’re likely to recruit experienced hires at the Consultant/Senior Associate level this fall, especially for Riyadh around Sep-Oct.
I’ve reached out to the ME recruiting team a few times but haven’t heard back, so I’d really appreciate any firsthand insight into what the hiring outlook looks like for BCG at the moment for 2027 roles.
I’ve also been networking quite actively, but haven’t had much luck turning conversations into referrals. I’m wondering if that’s partly just a reflection of slower hiring right now.
