Is BCG Riyadh going to post consultant-level roles this year?

Hi everyone

I’d really appreciate any insights regarding BCG’s recruiting timeline for experienced hires (Consultant/Senior Associate level), specifically for the Riyadh office.

They typically post openings in the fall, but I haven’t seen any listings on their website so far. I’ve also reached out to the recruiting team but haven’t had any luck.

If anyone has visibility on whether BCG Riyadh is planning to post roles later this year for the 2026 hiring cycle, or if it might be better to shift focus, I’d be really grateful for your input.

I don't have any internal information, but honestly given what I've seen in recruiting (and freelance hiring) in the region, I am not expecting them to pull back on post-consulting roles.

From a Middle East perspective things are slowing down in terms of hiring in the region but that does not mean it comes to a complete halt. It may mean that things might get more competitive, so be prepared for that.

Another key thing with the Middle East and global applications in general. Always be sure to highlight a link to the region (e.g., family, spouse, interest in culture etc.) as this is taken into consideration when screening.

Honestly, the only reliable answer you'll get on this is from the recruiter.

They set and reset these deadlines, so they're the only reliable source of info.
