Does anyone have insight into the hiring process for experienced professionals (Manager and above), and ATK?

Nothing specific to ATK as far as I know: first you apply, then you get an interview, then you go through the exact same process as everyone else.
Typically in consultancies, the interview format is the same for MBA and Experienced Hires.
