Internship

1) Do Tier 2 firms in the middle east have online tests before interviews and secondly if you get a referral do you skip the tests. I am talking about OW, RB, and Strategy&.

Whether or not they have a test entirely depends on the company/office - HR will tell you.

A referral will never allow you to skip any part of the interview process.

2) I want to ask that is it possible for me if I attend a target school in Europe and want to do an internship in the Middle East(Tier 2 or MBB) in between my break( Summer) bachelor and master year so that I could have a return offer when I graduate from masters. The difference between an internship and full time is approx 1 year

I think this is possible though typically this happens summer after 1st year of a 2 year MBA program. If you have a 1 year Master's program, then this should be do-able but you need to network with the individual company + office to find out.

3) I have heard from a source that OW is in the Middle East for the entry-level role has a total compensation of 110k USD for entry-level is it true.

4) Do MBB and Tier 2 firms in the Middle east let their consultants fly out to their home countries during the weekend if they live close to their base/client

Those are very very detailed questions, since they totally depend on the office/region. Hence, it will be difficult that you find insightful answers unless you get someone who has been or is in the region at,. 

I would recommend you to use this as an opportunity for networking, and you will kill two birds with one stone.
