I think that you shoutl still apply and put an expected level of your GPA. If there will be some further issues you can right to the recruiting team.

Think 100% still apply AND email the recruiting team.
This is a good excuse to start a conversation and make your name more familiar to them :)

Hi there,
I would also recommend you put on the expected GPA and then if they ask you can tell that it was a required string, but you haven’t got your diploma yet.
