Hi there,

Usually, no.

Failure in any part of the recruiting journey in any part of the McKinsey ecosystem usually leads to a recruiting ban.

This ban is usually 12-18 months long, but can be shortened with strong changes on your resume and a strong referral.

All the best,

Florian

If you fail the Solve assessment, you’re typically banned from applying to any McKinsey office for 12–18 months. However, it’s best to confirm the exact policy with HR at your specific office.

Best,

Alberto

You can try, but most likely you are banned for 12 to 18 months.

Hey there,

McKinsey uses the Solve results across its its ecosystem in the recruiting process. The results are valid for a year, so if you haven't passed it - you won't be able to progress to interviews for other roles still that require Solve results
