Hallo,

mit einem dualen Studium in HR Management und einem soliden Schnitt von 1,8 hast du nach dem Abschluss mehrere gute Möglichkeiten. Der nächste Schritt hängt davon ab, wo du dich langfristig siehst.

Wenn du im Personalbereich bleiben möchtest, kannst du direkt als HR Generalist, HR Business Partner oder im Recruiting/Talent Management einsteigen. Viele dual Studierte starten hier, weil sie bereits Praxiserfahrung mitbringen. Wenn du dich strategischer aufstellen willst, kannst du nach dem Bachelor noch einen Master in Personal- oder Wirtschaftspsychologie, Organisationsentwicklung oder BWL anhängen. Damit öffnest du dir mittelfristig Türen zu Führungs- oder Consulting-Rollen im HR-Bereich.

Falls dich eher die Beratung oder Projektarbeit reizt, sind HR-Consulting, Change Management oder Employer Branding spannende Einstiegsfelder, in denen dein Hintergrund sehr gefragt ist.

I think it's worth reflecting on your own on what genuinely interests you or piques your curiosity. 

You might want to try a few industries or even jobs - part time, short term to get a sense of what you'd like to focus on. 

Or, you want to consider continuing on the academic route to gain additional qualifications. 

Another thing to consider is speaking with alumni from your current program and see what advice they have for you (i.e., what they wish they would've done when they were in your shoes).
