I have one week to prepare for my MBB final round. What is the best way to prepare?

What firm are you preparing for?
In general :
- Focus on R1 areas of improvement that were identified
- Be prepared to talk about anything on your resume
- Work a lot more on Fit questions for final round (the exact format of these depends on the firm)
- Final rounds are very conversational so read up as much as possible on industries you are interested in or the ones your interviewers are from
- Continue to practice 1:1 with others

Hi there,
Congrats on passing the first round!
- Work on areas they flagged as areas of improvement
- Work on areas you know are areas of improvement
- Rest (make sure you don't burn out)
Good luck!

Work on the feedback from R1. You've already proven that you meet the hygiene level and so really brush up on parts of the case/fit where you think you can best shine!

Congrats on getting this far! I'd do 3 things:
1. Reflect on the feedback provided after the first round and work on improving those areas.
2. Practice cases and personal fit stories that you hadn't yet had the chance to cover
3. Rest and visualize the interview as going successfully. If you're reached the final interview it's highly likely that you have what it takes and they want to see you do it again to prove that you deliver consistently at high levels.
Best of luck!

You should be prepared for good answers on the FIT interview, as this is critical in the final round.
Regarding regular case interview, you should know your weak spots by now, so no one better than yourself to know where to focus. Of course, be prepared for some non standard cases and on how to answer in a structured way to random questions on business situations.

For final rounds key is the following:
- Keep up the momentum and do 1 practice a day
- Focus on any feedback received
- Perfect your personals/fit since they are more important in final rounds
- Get comfortable with the fact that final rounds can be any kind of case, any kind of interviewer, and any kind of interview conditions.
