I had an initial round for Associate - Capital Excellence and got silently rejected as my role went to "Past Applications" in my profile

I had a fantastic initial round with McKinsey for Capital Excellence Associate role and had gotten my preparatory emails and confimation that I am selected. However, the recruiter never reached on the schedule for interview, despite reaching out to her week over week. After about a month in, I saw that the role has now moved to my Past Applications without any acknowledgement. I called my recruiter and she didnt pick up followed by receiving her voicemail (I was in a meeting) saying that she tried to reach out to me but could not. To this day, I never found any correspondence from past from her end on call logs or emails or spams. Kind of infuriating!
