How to prepare/approach this case study?

Hi all,

I have a case study interview (I think it's a written case study) soon where I've been told I have to make a growth strategy for a coffee shop chain. I will be given data on the day and will need to present my conclusions in a logic pyramid, having each conclusion supported by data. I assume this is the pyramid principle? What do you think is the best way to prepare/approach this?

In this case, would the pyramid top level be the growth strategy recommendation? Or would the second level be the different growth strategy recommendations with supporting data on the third level? Would you also assume that the growth strategy would include both increases in sales and profits, or just sales?

Not really sure how to approach this as I'm more comfortable with verbal case studies.

Any help appreciated,

J
