How to Prepare for Roland Berger Online Test?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently preparing for interviews at Roland Berger, and I heard that there's an analytical test as part of the selection process. I’d really appreciate it if anyone who has recently taken it could share some insights on:

Any recommended prep materials or platforms (free or paid)?
And any general tips or traps to watch out for?

I worked at Roland Berger and happy to help you prepare! The online test usually focuses on analytical thinking, data interpretation, and basic math under time pressure. It’s not super complex, but speed and accuracy matter. Practicing GMAT-style questions (especially data sufficiency and word problems) can help a lot. Platforms like SHL or TalentQ are often used, so those kinds of logic and numerical reasoning exercises are great prep.

Biggest trap is spending too long on one question — it’s better to move on and come back if time allows. And always double-check units and percentages!
