I'm from China and I hope to find an opportunity to work outside of my region maybe in Europe or Singapore. How is the reputation of IE and IESE among the top cosulting firm in Europe? Is it pretty hard for an Asian to get an internship or full time job as a consultant in these two places?
How to choose between SMU MAF,IE MIM and IESE MIM programs?

Typically, the school you go to will give you access to local opportunities. IESE etc are good schools, but in my opinion the opportunities themselves are limited in Spain given the size and state of the economy vs US or China.
Is it possible to still get a job? Yes for sure but you will need to meet any local language requirements, need to work much harder to get the job than you would in your own country given the need for sponsorship and will have more limited options.
If you are keen on Europe I would suggest the 1 year MBA from INSEAD or LBS as the best bet.

(UPDATED ANSWER)
I will give my perspective on IESE and IE MBAs (not MIM). Both have good reputation (although IESE ranks slightly higher). Regarding recruitment, IESE location in Barcelona makes it closer to the other European markets. Its career services has a specific focus in consulting (amongst others) and from what I read, consulting firms are more active there. While the % of internacional students is somewhat similar, IE international class intake trends more toward south america, whereas IESE towards Europeans and Asian. IESE also has presence in Munich and New York.
So all in all, I think IESE may have the upper hard - but you should do your own google research on the specific programs, and also look at their reports and even talk to people there if you have questions.

Hi!
Actually, I've had candidates from both (IESE AND IE) and they were great. I would definitely recommend them.
The better question to ask is whether you even need such a program. Here's how to tell:

Hi there,
Well, I would first say: Apply to them all and then see what happens!
There's no use making your decision/selection before they've even selected you!
From there, you may only have 1 “choice” in front of you (i.e. one school). Or, you may have to decide between jsut 2 or 3.
Let the options get narrowed down for you before you get picky/selective!
