How long will it take McKinsey to inform me about the status of my online application?

Unfortunately you should probably brace yourself here (and make sure you have a strong backlog of 10-30 applications to other companies…which you should have done regardless!)

You can definitely shoot them an email, but don't “wait” for a respond before acting on other opportunities.

When is the application deadline? They won’t respond until this deadline has passed. If you’ve sent an application without being involved in a particular recruitment round then you should message the recruiting team in your first choice office.

Introduce yourself, attach your CV, explain what you’ve done and ask if they have any openings and if so what it would take to be considered for them.

After 50 days it is more than okay to call (!), not email to ask about the status of your application.

Usually, you should hear back within one or two weeks.

I would recommend calling or emailing them about your situation. 50 days seems a bit on the long side given when the deadline was, but they have also been experiencing a lot of application backlog.

Have u got any response yet? I am still waiting for their calls for 30 days already
