How long does it usually take for PwC Middle East to respond after an in-person interview?

I got the short interview HR phone call on Sep 29, got a call back the following day from HR telling me I've been shortlisted and scheduling an in-person interview with the senior manager, went to the interview on Oct 1 and at the end of the interview i was told that if anything occurs HR will email me. Almost a week later after no response I emailed HR on Oct 6 for an expected timeline but with no response. The following day Oct 7 I called HR asking about an expected timeline and I was told that I should receive an update by mid next week. The whole following week has passed, today is Oct 15 and still nothing. 

Can anyone explain or advsie what this means or if there is anything I should do?
