Today I sent my application to the position of Consultant at BCG in the Bogotá, Colombia office. I would like to know how likely is to receive a phone screening call as a first filter from BCG and if so I would like to know how can I best prepare for it.

Sorry but we really can't give you yours odds here. This entirely depends on the current market conditions (what is the pipeline/consultant need at the office and how many people are applying) and you as a candidate (strength of resume, networking, etc.)
In terms of preparation, you need to start yesterday. Please don't delay as it takes many weeks (even months) to get properly ready for the interview!
You need to prepare your casing, market sizing, fit, industry knowledge, etc. etc. Plenty of prior Q&As break this down in quite some detail :)
