Recently (a week ago) had my CV sent to the OW recruiter by a current employee. I haven't heard from them yet so I was wondering how long does it usually take?

It depends on the office, practice and the recruitment cycle. Usually takes about 2-3 weeks in the London office (if they haven't met their headcount target)
