How difficult is it to pass the final round McKinsey Middle East Offices? (Dubai, Qatar, etc.))

Anyone with experience in these offices?

Same difficulty as all the rest...

You are held to the same high bar worldwide - it's honestly not worth comparing. Understand what "good" looks like, and strive for it regardless of the office!

What does this mean? You need to be:

"Someone who can approach a complicated problem and think + communicate in a structured way in the right context+objective of the case, while being personable, adaptable, and coachable, so that, ultimately, the interviewer can see themselves working with this individual and putting them in front of a client."

Hey there,

The difficulty is the same as with other McKinsey final round interviews. In general. they should not deviate much since they are developed in specific sessions with coaches and calibrated to ask the same types of questions, have a similar difficulty level, and evaluate the same type of skills. This applies globally to ensure as much objectivity as possible.

All the best with your interviews!

Cheers,

Florian

Hey there!

The "difficulty" does not depend on the office. If we want to evaluate it, it will have a "normal" level of difficulty.

To find more specific information, if you are interested, you can start networking and get inside from people, who are working there now.

Hi there,

It is difficult to quantify exactly the passing rate for a specific company/office – for many firms though it is 20-30% in each round.

I helped several people for McKinsey in the Middle East, please feel free to drop me a message if you have questions.

Best,

Francesco
