- First of all, based on the experience of my coachees, the hiring situation among consulting firms in the US seems to be much better than last year.
- Moreover, unfortunately, no one can make a clear statement for next year.

It's a very fluid market with a lot of uncertainty, however, the general consensus is that the situation is improving and 2025 is going to be even better.

Yes, it is improving right now. It is not like it was in 2022-2023, but then again those were years of peak recruiting.
