Is the hiring market at McKinsey, Bain, and BCG in the United States getting better? I know that the last two years have been rough with staff cuts and low recruitment, but how does it look now and going into 2025?

It's a very fluid market with a lot of uncertainty, however, the general consensus is that the situation is improving and 2025 is going to be even better.

Yes, it is improving right now. It is not like it was in 2022-2023, but then again those were years of peak recruiting.
