I am a Cambridge Master grad with MBB Asia experience but more in their capabilities side and I have given Solve in Nov 2025 but my score was only 514 i.e. 7 decile rank.
Q1. How much does the Solve score matter in the application? Since the score is valid for 12months, I can't redo the Solve.
Q2. I applied for Junior Associate, London but it said its for "current PhD or medical students or those with over 2 years of works experience" and I have just over 2.5 years of exp but in Asia. So is JA the right track? If not, will they automatically put me in BA or can I request?
Q3. Any other insights on how McKinsey UK hire their JA and BA candidates? Or any tips on how to start afresh my whole application?
