Bain's recruiting process is fairly standardized across offices these days, so I wouldn't expect Amsterdam to be different from other Bain locations.
For the first round, I'd prepare for the classic Bain-style cases: profitability, growth, market entry, pricing, and occasionally due diligence. A typical case includes:
- a brainstorming component,
- one or more exhibits/slides that you'll need to interpret,
- some business math,
- and a final recommendation.
Regarding rescheduling, once for a genuine reason is usually not an issue. However, I would avoid rescheduling multiple times unless absolutely necessary, as you don't want to give the impression that you're not fully committed or prepared.
