Hello!

Did they tell you the name, or can you tell us more (the position, etc.).

before knowing that, what I would tell you is that that is a very legit question to ask HR: how to prep, which resources can be leveraged, etc.

Cheers,

Clara

Hi there,

We need more information here.

What email did they send you? What did they specifically call the test and what format did they say it would be in?

Additionally what office/country are you in and for what role are you applying?

Hi Ian,

the test was called "recruitment test" and its pure numerical reasoning, that means: analyzing charts etc in 30 minutes on paper.

The office is in Germany.

I checked the regular numerical SHL Test but those require calculators, otherwise its not possible to solive it in the given time.

I thought that, if EY Parthenon has their origins from OC&C they might use the same test system because OC&C also is currently using these tests.

Kind regards

Hi There,

It would be really helpful if you could share your experience of this test & further prep-tips. I will be appearing for an Interview soon, which includes this "non-calculator" test. I wait for your response/DM

Hi, would you be willing to share how the test went and what it looked like? In a recent conversation with a Partner at EY-P, they told me that it is structured like a logic test, i.e. similar to GMAT. How was your experience, so you remember some examples?

Hi,

Could anyone who went through the process @ EYP, please share experience with the "recruitment test"? in the interview information session offered by EYP, it was mentioned as analytical and verbal reasoning test (standard multiple choice..)

Thank you!
