in general, McK is older and has more alumni than BCG, thus has the advantage of a broader network for exits. However, it doesn't make much sense to assess which company is better "in general". That's because exits are influenced by the sector you are considering - for some sectors McK will have the edge, while for others BCG would be better.

Since sectors are country-specific, the best way to verify which company would be better in your specific case is to check on LinkedIn how many former alumni of McK and BCG your target companies have - this should be a good indicator of the best company given your goals.
