Hi. I was wondering why ebitda is 300/6.5.. Is the formula ebitda= sales value/sales multiple?

Not sure I understand the questions. Sometimes EBITDA is quoted alongside the EV multiple. E.g. Ebitda could be 300 and EV/EBITDA multiple x6.5
