What is the logic on downtime cost calculation? I am not sure where 8 shifts and 3 shifts data is coming from?

Hi Natalia,
I believe the 8 shifts comes from Exhibit 2. And I believe the 3 comes from the fact that there are 3 shifts in a day (3 shifts of 8 hours). That said, I am not entirely sure (and when a case has less than 3 stars please be aware that there are likely a few logic issues with it!)
