Does any coach here provide resume editing service?

Yes, I do this extensively. 

I'm actually leading a workshop this weekend with several participants on how to develop a stellar CV.

How it works:

• Basically, I'll provide you with a guide, template and examples of CVs that have passed MBB screening. 
• Then you use those to revise your own CV and then send it to me as a docx file. 
• I will then work on it with track changes and we go back and forth until we have the final version. 
• It usually takes 3-4 iterations. 

I haven't had any candidates that have not passed screening with at least one of their top firms with their revised CV.

Of course, that is part of the process. I just want to encourage you to manage your expectations - coaches can help you to max out the potential of your CV/cover letter but they are not a ghost writing service provider.

While each bullet point on your CV should be discussed and fine-tuned with a coach, you ultimately need to write your own story. You should also make sure to communicate clearly to the coach as to when you find their feedback “too high level”. Let them know what sort of information or level of detail are missing for you to make it actionable.

For myself, I screened thousands of CVs at BCG, spent time with the firm in various regions (different parts of Europe, Middle East, Australia, SEA), and am very plugged in on what globally leading business schools are teaching to optimize application materials. Hence, will be quite aware of the nuances of most target regions. Besides, will be able to offer a very bespoke, iterative approach of getting your materials in shape.

Hmmm, I'm sorry to hear about that past experience. To be honest, all coaches should truly edit the CV. (as in, go through line by line and make sure it's all correct)

Note, just remember that no coach can actually write all your bullet points for you, given it is not their experience. They can only push you to write each one better, and then edit what has been given to them (for more conciseness, pucnhiness, better word use etc.).
