Deloitte Manager level vs Kearney SBA

Hi All

Have two offers to consider:

  1. Deloitte (not Monitor) specialist track at Manager level
  2. Kearney senior business analyst

I have an MBA with 8 years' work experience. The offers in terms of compensation are similar. Eventually, I aspire to be in strategy consulting and/or industry. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi there,

This is really tough to advise on without additional information!

Ultimately, you need to assess what matters most to you (career, prestige, L&D, culture fit, liking the actual job itself, etc.)

Reflect on what it is you value, then dive deeper into both companies + roles. Ask the hard questions to better understand the day-to-day and career progression. Pick up the phone and talk to people!

And, if on the fence, don't forget to negotiate! If x change would make you sign for Company A, then you may as well tell them/ask!

Good luck with your decision and congrats on both offers!
