It combines numerical, verbal, and logical reasoning with some situational judgment questions. It’s adaptive, so difficulty changes based on your answers. The key is to stay calm, manage time well, and practice with SHL- or Sova-style tests beforehand to get used to the format and pacing.

Depending on region and role, it may have a situational judgement or personality component to test values, working style, and consulting mindset. Once you receive the invitation email, it should state what's included.
