hey!

It’s genuinely very hard to rank “supportive culture” in the Middle East because the experience varies more by team and project than by firm. All three MBB have supportive pockets and tough pockets. The region is fast‑paced, public‑sector heavy, and relationship‑driven, so culture depends heavily on your manager and the specific client program you land on.

The only reliable pattern is this: McKinsey tends to be the most structured in coaching, BCG often feels the most balanced day‑to‑day, and Bain is the smallest and therefore more variable. But none of these statements hold universally. You can have an amazing experience or a difficult one at any of them.
